We ship from the USA, using USPS. A notification & tracking number will be provided when your garment is ready to be shipped. Please leave your phone number in the checkout options, in the event that USPS would need to contact you.

SHEILA FRANK is not responsible for custom/duties for International orders. Please research fees ahead of time so you may budget accordingly.

Unfortunately after the 48 hour period, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All ready-made items or Sample Sale items are FINAL SALE without exception. Ready to Ship items ship after 48 hours.
