Do you allow walk-ins?

How many guests can I bring to my appointment?
DUE TO COVID-19 We allow 3 guests in our showroom at a time. (effective February 2, 2021) Please be courteous to our request.
When should I arrive?
Arriving 10-15 minutes early for your appointment is fine.
What to expect during your appointment?
Bridal Appointments: We dedicate an hour to YOU!
You will receive complimentary water. We offer Party Packages for all appointments. Please inquire at least 2 days before your appointment.

What is your price point?
Collection pieces start at $1,200 - $5,000.00
Custom dresses start at $4,500
Upcyle/Redesign start at $3,600
Can I customize a dress from the collection?
Absolutely. We have fabric options for you to select from colors, laces, linings, you name it. Additional fees may apply. Pricing depends on fabric selected.
Do you make custom dresses?
Yes, information on CUSTOM.
Custom takes a minimum of 8 - 12 months.
Do you redesign/upcycle dresses?
Yes, we love using a family members Dress to create something new. Redesign/ Upcycles starts at $3,600. Read about the process.
Do you do alterations?
We are not currently taking outside alterations.
Do you include alterations into the cost of collection dresses?
For a made to order dress, typically alterations are not necessary. You have the option to arrange fittings while we make your dress. We will fit it to you as part of the dress-making process. If you are not able to make it to the boutique, we will make the dress to standard sizing. Any further alterations required are at your own expense.

How long will it take to receive my dress?
Please allow 16-20 weeks for Collection Dresses and 32-40 weeks for Redesign/Upcycles and Custom Dresses. Each piece is made-to-order, in our Mechanicsburg, PA studio. We want to ensure time for production.
Rush options are available, but they must be requested when the order is placed. Our rush schedule is as follows:
14 Weeks (+$100)
12 Weeks (+$175)
10 Weeks (+$250)
8 Weeks (+$350)
6 Weeks (+$500)
4 Weeks (+$850)
Do you carry other designer dresses in your store?
No. We only carry our original designs.
Can I rent a dress for my wedding day?
No. We only offer dress rentals for styled photoshoots.
What is your Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy?

Our garments are made to order so we can not accept returns or exchanges.
We allow a 48 hour window from the time of order submission for a full-cancellation and refund. If you choose to cancel your order, after the 48 hour window, you will still be responsible for the purchase price. 48 hours after the order has been submitted, we do not offer refunds. All sales are a final sale.
If you decide to cancel your custom appointment after your $300 deposit has been made, We will calculate the time spent researching and corresponding with you and will refund accordingly. (Most likely we have spent time researching, sketching and creating an estimate for you.)
